Made-to-order merchandise

Our merchandise is made after you order. You may request a return for eligible merchandise within 30 days after delivery. For a change-of-mind return, the customer provides and pays direct return shipping. Please check the product description, size chart, and order details before purchasing. Final sale products are not eligible under our return rules. This does not apply to defective, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed goods, and mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Email jason@medicaleducationdynamics.com promptly, preferably within 30 days of delivery, with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos showing the item and issue. For a confirmed manufacturing defect, printing error, damage, or incorrect item, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost. Your legal rights to other remedies or longer claim periods are unaffected.

How to request help or a return

Contact us before mailing anything back. We will explain the next steps and provide a return address if a return is needed. Do not send items directly to a printing facility or to the address on the shipping label without instructions. We generally do not require a damaged or misprinted item to be returned. If we require a return for a confirmed defect or our error, we will cover the necessary return shipping. Contacting us for instructions does not limit any statutory cancellation right.

Order changes, cancellations, and delivery problems

You may request cancellation until an item is fulfilled. Once an item is fulfilled, cancellations are no longer available except where required by law. If an order is missing, significantly delayed, or cannot be fulfilled, contact us so we can investigate and provide the appropriate remedy. We will honor applicable rights to cancel and receive a refund for unfulfilled orders or qualifying delays.

Refunds

We will notify you of the resolution and process approved refunds promptly, within any legally required timeframe, to the original payment method. After processing, your bank or payment provider may take up to 10 business days to show the funds. Contact us if the refund has not arrived after that time. We do not require store credit instead of a refund where you are entitled to money back.

EU and UK statutory cancellation rights

Where EU or UK distance-selling rules apply, eligible consumers may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving their goods and have a further 14 days after notifying us to send them back. Standard catalog merchandise is not treated as personalized solely because it is printed after an order. The cancellation exception for genuinely personalized goods applies only where the law permits it; it does not remove rights for faulty goods.

For a qualifying statutory cancellation, we refund the purchase price and the standard outbound delivery charge. Customers pay direct return postage for a change-of-mind return unless we agree otherwise or the law requires us to pay it. We process the refund within 14 days of cancellation notice, but may withhold it until we receive the goods or evidence of return, where permitted. Any deduction for handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods will be made only as allowed by law.

This policy does not exclude or restrict mandatory consumer rights. If applicable law provides greater protection, that law takes priority over this policy.

Digital downloads: access and support

Digital downloads are files, not physical merchandise, and do not require a mailed return. If a download link is missing or a file cannot be downloaded, extracted, or opened, email jason@medicaleducationdynamics.com with your order number and a brief description of the problem. Include the error message and your device or PDF-reader name if helpful; do not send passwords or payment-card details.

For the English study-guide and workbook bundle, save the ZIP file to your device, extract it, then open the enclosed PDFs in a PDF reader. If you believe you purchased the same download twice or want to request a cancellation or refund, contact us with the relevant order number(s) so we can review the purchase and request. Do not purchase a second copy just to report a download problem. The made-to-order merchandise return restrictions above do not describe digital files. Applicable consumer rights are unaffected.
